Open the front right-hand (drivers) door. You will see the vehicle identification plate ①. Or on the base of the driver's seat ②

In order for us to be able to contact you if and when your vehicle may need to be conducted Service Campaign Program, we strongly encourage you to contact Mercedes Benz authorized dealers or update your contact details directly with us here (Aftersales Inquiry).

 

What costs will be incurred by the customer?

All Service Campaign will be conducted free of charge to customers.
